Shipping policy
When will my order ship?
All orders will be processed within 3-5 business days if standard shipping is selected (USPS Ground Advantage). Once the package is on the truck, there is a 3-6 business day estimated arrival time. IF YOUR ORDER INCLUDES A PREORDER ITEM, IT MAY TAKE UP TO 12-15 DAYS TO SHIP.
What if I need my order sooner?
Not a problem! You can upgrade your shipping to USPS Priority Mail for an additional fee. If you're local to the North Nashville area, you can also check to see if our store has the item before placing an online order.
*NOTE: All orders placed on Saturday and/or Sunday will be processed on Mondays
USPS Priority Mail: We always recommend upgrading to priority, as this is our preferred shipping method. Priority orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once your package leaves our store, expect your package to arrive within 2-3 business days. NOTE THAT IF YOUR ORDER INCLUDES A PREORDER ITEM, IT MAY TAKE UP TO 12-15 BUSINESS DAYS TO SHIP.
What about local pick from your Store?
If you are local (your address must be within a close radius to our storefront), you will be given the option to choose store pick up at check out.
Orders that will be picked up in store will be ready for pick up within 1-2 business days if ordered Tuesday-Friday. If the order is placed after noon on Saturday, the order will be ready for pick up on Tuesday. You will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up.
Where do you ship?
We only ship within the US at the moment.
Can I make a change to my address after my order has been placed?
Once you receive our email stating that your order is processing, Honey + Suede is unable to make any changes or modifications to an order. If you need an address change please email shelby@honeyandsuede.com with your first name, last name, order number, and what changes need to be made. If your order has already been processed we will not be able to make ANY CHANGES, including an address change.
